How Medflow Marketing securely accesses and uses advertising platform data to provide performance reporting and campaign management services.

Our Role as a Marketing Agency

Medflow Marketing is a UK-based marketing agency that manages paid advertising campaigns on behalf of our clients.

As part of our services, we are authorised by our clients to access advertising platform data (including Meta/Facebook Ads data) in order to manage campaigns and provide transparent performance reporting.

We act solely on behalf of the businesses that grant us access.

How We Use Facebook & Advertising Platform Data

When a client authorises Medflow Marketing to manage their advertising account, we may access certain performance data via approved platform APIs.

This data may include:

  • Campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, reach)
  • Advertising spend
  • Conversions and results
  • Audience and engagement insights
  • Ad performance breakdowns

We use this data exclusively to:

  • Manage and optimise advertising campaigns
  • Generate performance reports
  • Display campaign results within our secure CRM dashboard
  • Provide clients with transparent insight into their marketing performance

We do not access personal Facebook user data beyond what is necessary for campaign reporting and optimisation.

Secure Client Reporting Portal

Medflow Marketing provides clients with access to a secure CRM dashboard where they can:

  • View real-time campaign performance
  • Monitor advertising spend
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Review results in one central location

This dashboard displays authorised advertising data for that specific client only. Access is restricted and secured via login credentials.

Data Protection & Security

Medflow Marketing:

  • Accesses advertising data only with explicit client authorisation
  • Uses platform data solely to provide agreed marketing services
  • Does not sell, rent, or share advertising data with third parties
  • Does not use platform data for unrelated purposes
  • Implements appropriate security measures to protect client data
  • Complies with applicable UK GDPR and data protection regulations

Platform data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide contracted services.

No Data Selling or Misuse

Medflow Marketing does not:

  • Sell advertising data
  • Share platform data between clients
  • Use client advertising data for benchmarking without permission
  • Combine data across clients for resale or public reporting

Each client's data is isolated and used solely to support that client's marketing performance.
